Q: Can you make custom printed pouches & rolls in different material combinations?
A: Yes, they can be available in different material combinations, such as PET, PE, VMPET, OPP, CPP, VMCPP, AL, NY, Kraft Paper and so on. We provide varieties of laminate materials to suit different application and cost requirements.

Q: Can I have the bag with graphic design and my logo printing?
A: Yes, we are OEM company, we can make the bag in specifications you need with your artwork.

Q: What is the minimum quantity of bags?
A: We have two types of printing:
[Digital printing]: Suitable for small quantity, MOQ 200-500pcs, perfect for new product trial sales in the early stage.
Costs higher than traditional printing.
[Traditional Printing]: MOQ for customized logo printed bags is generally 10,000-20,000pcs. Smaller bags may have higher request. Negotiable, different size / bag type / stock or not, different MOQ. Suitable for large quantity orders.

Q: What's your lead time?
A: Generally it's about 15-20 days, and it will highly depend on the printing design, style, and quantity required by our customers.

Q: How can I do the payment?
A: By T/T, Western Union, PayPal and so on.

Q: How are my products shipped?
A: By express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), by sea or by air.

Q: What information should I provide if I want to get a full quotation?
A: Please provide the following information. If you have no idea, we can also provide suggestions for these necessary details based on our experience.

1. Product type          eg. stand up pouch, flat bottom pouch.
2. Size                       eg. length * width * gusset (if it has a gusset).
3. Usage                   eg. pet food, coffee beans, liquid.
4. Order quantity
5. Material structure
6. Thickness
7. Artwork

Q: How many colors can you make? What color can I use?
A: It's up to 10 Colors. Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process, any color is available.

Q: When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is acceptable for you?
A: Please send the format of PSD, AI, CDR or PDF with high definition and separated layers files.

Q: Can I have samples before order?
A: Yes, there are two kinds of samples we can provide.
One is the bags we made before for your reference. The other is to make bags according to your requirements.

Q: I want to use the packaging to pack my product, it's food, can your bag work?
A: Yes, of course. All our packaging bags are FOOD GRADE, can be directly in contact with food.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the packaging?
A: We have a professional technical team, advanced technology, state-of-the-art equipment, strict ISO management system, and we provide responsible after-sales for the products. We can also provide third-party inspection certificates, such as SGS.
