How are plastic bags produced?
1. Produce plastic film: As we all know, plastic bags are made of plastic film, so how is the plastic film formed? This is the first step in making plastic bags: blow film. The film blowing process is to blow the raw plastic particles into a plastic film through a blowing machine.
2. Printing: printing refers to making the text and pattern on the original manuscript into a printing plate, coating the surface of the printing plate with ink, and transferring the graphics and text on the printing plate to the surface of the printed material through pressure, accurately reproduce the same print as the original in large quantities. Generally, printing is mainly divided into surface printing and inner printing.
3. Laminating: The basic principle of flexible packaging: Each material has different advantages and disadvantages. It is a technology to bond two or more layers of materials together through a medium (such as glue) to achieve better performance of the packaging films. This technology is called "laminating process" in the production process.
4. Solidifying: It is the process of putting the laminated film into the drying room to make the main agent and curing agent of the polyurethane adhesive react and cross-link and interact with the surface of the composite substrate.
5. Cutting: Cut the printed and composited materials into the specifications required by customers.
6. Bag making: make the printed, composited and slit materials into various bags required by customers. Various bag types can be made: three-side seal bag, middle seal bag, stand-up bag, four-side seal bag, stand up zipper bag, flat bottom bag, spout pouch, eight-side seal bag, shaped bag, etc.
7. Quality control: The quality control of plastic packaging bags mainly includes raw material inspection before storage, product online inspection, product inspection before shipment, strict quality inspection at all levels, and quality assurance.
